All hardware purchased from rawcompute.in comes with a 3-year standard warranty covering manufacturing defects and component failures under normal operating conditions.

What's Covered

• Manufacturing defects in GPUs, servers, and networking hardware
• Component failures under normal operating conditions
• DOA (Dead on Arrival) replacements within 7 days of delivery

What's Not Covered

• Physical damage, water damage, or damage from power surges
• Modifications or unauthorized repairs
• Normal wear and tear
• Software issues or configuration problems

How to Claim

1. Contact us via WhatsApp, phone, or email with your order details
2. Describe the issue. Photos or videos help
3. We'll diagnose and arrange repair or replacement
4. Typical turnaround: 5–10 business days
