Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the refund and cancellation terms for hardware purchased through Zeno Ventures Pvt. Ltd. ("rawcompute.in").

Order Cancellation

  • Before dispatch: Orders can be cancelled at no charge if the hardware has not been dispatched or configured. Contact us immediately at +91-999910803 or sales@rawcompute.in.
  • After dispatch: Once hardware has shipped, cancellation may not be possible. Please contact us to discuss options.
  • Custom/configured orders: Hardware that has been custom-configured or built to specification may not be eligible for cancellation. This will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

Returns & Refunds

  • Dead on arrival (DOA): If hardware arrives non-functional, we will replace or refund the unit within 7 days of delivery. Contact us with photos and a description of the issue.
  • Defective hardware: Hardware that develops faults within the warranty period is covered under our Warranty Policy. This typically involves repair or replacement, not refund.
  • Change of mind: We do not accept returns for change of mind on enterprise hardware. Please confirm your requirements with our team before placing an order.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (bank transfer or original instrument).
  • Shipping charges may be non-refundable depending on the circumstances.

Colocation Services

Colocation agreements have separate cancellation terms outlined in the service agreement. Please refer to your colocation contract or contact us for details.
